Terms of Service
Rules for accessing and playing CYCKS.

1. Who we are
CYCKS is a fictional investigation game operated by CYCKS.COM, For questions about the service, please contact us using the information provided on our Contact & Support page.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms and meet any applicable age requirements. Provide accurate registration information, protect your login credentials, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized account access. You are responsible for activity on your account except where the law provides otherwise.
3. Fictional entertainment
Cases, characters, events, evidence and organizations presented as part of CYCKS gameplay are fictional entertainment. Do not treat in-game evidence as factual allegations about real people or businesses.
4. Digital access and purchases
CYCKS sells limited, personal, nontransferable access to digital game content. Live Case Files are generally purchased individually as released; Cold Cases may be offered as complete investigations. A purchase does not transfer ownership of the content. Specific offers, prices, included access and any FRAME credit terms are displayed before checkout and further explained in our Purchase & Billing Policy.
5. FRAME credits and gameplay
Where FRAME pulls require credits, the game will disclose the cost before a pull. Access is governed by server-side entitlement records. You may not circumvent purchases, release schedules, credit requirements, authentication or evidence protections.
6. Acceptable use
Do not share accounts for unauthorized access, scrape or redistribute protected evidence, attack the service, upload malicious material, exploit security flaws, or interfere with other players. We may suspend access for material violations, subject to applicable law.
7. Availability and changes
We may maintain, update or change the service, including future case releases. We will not intentionally remove paid access contrary to the offer or applicable law. Technical interruptions can occur; contact support if purchased content is unavailable.
8. Intellectual property
CYCKS artwork, writing, gameplay design, trademarks, and software are owned by their respective rights holders. Your access is for personal gameplay, not republication, resale or commercial exploitation.
9. Refunds and consumer rights
Our Refund Policy explains how to request help or a refund. Mandatory statutory consumer rights and the Merchant of Record’s applicable policies take precedence over any conflicting term here.
10. Liability and applicable law
The service is offered subject to warranties and remedies required by law. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses. We do not exclude liability where exclusion is prohibited.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated appropriately and will not retroactively override mandatory rights. Continued use after effective notice may indicate acceptance where legally permitted.
